the shower was blocked i only found this out when i was using it breakfast service was very slow with over 45 minute wait the food had clearly been under a heat lamp too long.

lovely size friendly staff
The room was a lovely size. the friendly staff greeted me. the easy walking distance to the pavillion was a bonus. i loved the free biscuits available in the room. It was a thoughtful touch.

Really good Food and Service!

good breakfast excellent food quality on-site pastries
The hotel has a great location close to the beach and gardens. I enjoyed a good breakfast selection with cereals and cooked options! The Arbor restaurant features a good lunch and evening menu. I found the food quality excellent. I liked the pastries and cakes. They are made on site.
The parking fee seemed a little high, though parking was convenient.

excellent stay, highly recommend

polite staff great breakfast modern room overall cleanliness
the breakfast had a great choice and was of great value it started my day off perfectly. my room was clean and modern offering a comfortable space to relax after a busy day. i appreciated the attention to detail and the overall cleanliness of all areas in the hotel.
the only minor issue i encountered was that the walls seemed a bit thin i could sometimes hear noise from adjacent rooms.
